The minimum deposit amount at pk92 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

By making a deposit at pk92, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited belong to you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity
• The payment method being used is registered in your own name and matches the name on your pk92 account

The minimum withdrawal amount at pk92 is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk92 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly not permitted.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the associated account has an active bonus with unsatisfied wagering requirements. Real-money balance that exceeds the bonus amount and is not subject to active wagering terms can be withdrawn at any time.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless explicitly permitted by the cash-out feature or in-play adjustment tools where available.

The following general betting rules apply across all pk92 sports betting and casino products:

If your pk92 account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach — for example, at your own request or for regulatory reasons — any real-money balance will be returned to you after KYC verification is confirmed.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk92 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, replicate, mirror, or create derivative works from any pk92 content.

The pk92 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While pk92 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform uptime and stability, pk92 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond pk92's reasonable control.

pk92 is not liable for losses you incur as a result of your gambling decisions. Gambling involves risk, and outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed. The pk92 platform provides tools, markets, odds, and games — the decisions you make within that environment are your own.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk92's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the pk92 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk92 collects and processes personal data in order to provide the platform's services, verify user identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. pk92 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
